Locating your file
If you have an open service with FCCPT that has yet to be completed then you can check on the status of your file here:
You must have these four pieces of information to locate your online file:
- FCCPT file number
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Country of birth
If you cannot remember your file number or you are unable to access your online file after entering these four pieces of information then immediately contact FCCPT via e-mail at help@fccpt.org.
When you enter into your online file look for the “view process” link to see a check-list that is unique to your file and the service you ordered.
On the check-list you will see three different statuses under “Requirement Satisfied.”
NO – means that we are still lacking this particular document.
YES – means that we have the required document and have checked it into your file.
WAIVED – A checklist item can be “waived” for a variety of reasons. Whatever the reason, if the Requirement Satisfied status says “Waived”, it means that you are not required to provide or arrange for this item to be sent to FCCPT for the service indicated.
Some reasons why the Requirement Satisfied status for a checklist item may appear as “Waived”:
- The checklist item has been received. Under certain circumstances the system does not automatically set the Requirement Satisfied to “Yes”. When this occurs, an FCCPT staff member makes the decision to manually set the Requirement Satisfied status to “Waived”.
- The checklist item is no longer required because another document has satisfied the requirement. This happens primarily with English test scores. When this occurs, an FCCPT staff member makes the decision to manually set the Requirement Satisfied status to “Waived”.
- In rare cases, a checklist item gets added by mistake. At this time, when this happens, an FCCPT staff member does not have the ability to delete items added to the checklist erroneously. The only option is to “Waive” or manually set the requirement aside to prevent your service from being held up.
