Please understand that the time it takes to process an application can vary greatly depending on the complexity of the evaluation and how quickly licensing jurisdictions, institutions and others respond to requests for records or verification of documents.
You may check the status of your primary service request by clicking the "View Progress" button in the FCCPT Services Section. You will need your file number, last name, date of birth and place of birth to LOGIN.
Notice: When viewing the progress of your application if you see the word Waived next to an item, this means that you are not required to provide or arrange for this item to be sent to the FCCPT. For example: we are currently not able to delete items entered in error, so if a school name was entered by accident, we would waive the requirement to send documents.

In an attempt to meet the needs of our applicants, we have implemented the following alternate times for phone calls. The FCCPT Call Center (703-684-8406) will be available Monday through Friday from 10:30AM to 12 noon(EST) and from 3:30- 5:00PM(EST).
Phones tend to be busiest on Mondays and Tuesdays. If there is no answer, please dial again. The phone system is designed to save you long distance phone costs by not answering if no representative is available to respond.
