FCCPT Visa Credentials Certification (Type II Certificate)
This certificate met the requirements set by the USCIS for those individuals who were: licensed in the U.S. at the time of the federal regulation and were seeking adjustment of visa status or need to produce a Healthcare Worker Certificate to maintain visa status.
Applications for this service were suspended Sept 1, 2009. Any individuals who held a pending application on Sept. 1, 2009 have 12 months from the date of the application to complete the requirements. At the end of the 12 months if requirements have not been submitted, there are no refunds for the service, and applications for a re-activation are also not possible.
