Check your application status online!

FCCPT launches new Call Center. The phone number remains the same 703-684-8406. To better serve you calls will be answered between 2:00 and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Many questions need time to research for a complete and accurate answer. The Call Center Staff, will answer simple questions at the time of a call, however, questions that need additional research will be responded to via e-mail within three working days.

You are encouraged to view your progress online, or to use help@fccpt.org if you have questions about your service. The FCCPT staff make every attempt to respond as quickly as possible and within three working days at most.

To check on the status of your application or to request other information:

Please understand that the time it takes to process an application can vary greatly depending on the complexity of the evaluation and how quickly licensing jurisdictions, institutions and others respond to requests for records or verification of documents.

You may check the status of your primary service request by clicking the "View Progress" button in the FCCPT Services Section. You will need your file number, last name, date of birth and place of birth to LOGIN.

Notice: When viewing the progress of your application if you see the word Waived next to an item, this means that you are not required to provide or arrange for this item to be sent to the FCCPT. For example: we are currently not able to delete items entered in error, so if a school name was entered by accident, we would waive the requirement to send documents.

Email contact is recommended as this allows staff time to research your question and fully respond. Every attempt will be made to respond within three working days.

The FCCPT office is open for telephone calls on Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time at (703) 684-8406 (voice) effective November 17, 2008. The phones are closed in the morning so that staff can process applications.

Phones tend to be busiest on Mondays and Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. If there is no answer, please dial again. The phone system is designed to save you long distance phone costs by not answering if no representative is available to respond.

To make an appointment:

You may make an appointment, with the Director, in advance by sending an e-mail request to help@fccpt.org. You will be contacted by e-mail within 3 working days regarding the specifics of your needs.
